Аннотация: Методология RCM возникла 40 лет назад. Как методология RCM включает в себя системный и функциональный анализы оборудования, анализ видов, последствий и критичности отказов, анализ корневых причин отказов, выбор политик управления отказами на основе критериев осуществимости и целесообразности, исследование технического состояния оборудования в ходе эксплуатации для пересмотра политики управления отказами. Применение RCM позволяет минимизировать риски, связанные с отказами, а в случаях избыточного обслуживания появляется возможность снизить затраты, уменьшить занятость персонала.
Abstract: The RCM methodology originated 40 years ago. It is created as a tool for the formation of equipment maintenance program that meets the consequences of failures. Such a program is an optimal combination of various maintenance strategies and one-time changes that guarantee the performance of equipment functions and prevention of significant failures consequences. As a methodology, RCM includes system and functional equipment analysis, failure mode, effects and criticality analysis, failures root causes analysis, the choice of failure management policies based on criteria of feasibility and worth doing, age-exploration of equipment during operation to revise the failure management policies. The use of RCM allows to minimize the risks associated with failures, and in cases of excessive maintenance there is an opportunity to reduce costs, reduce staff employment.
The article analyzes the main stages of its development, compares different versions of RCM.
