Аннотация: Электронный проект — неотъемлемый атрибут современного проектирования цифровых подстанций, основная цель которого заключается в объединении всей информации на всех этапах проектирования. Одним из наиболее трудоемких этапов разработки электронного проекта является подготовка проектной документации, необходимой для создания и настройки приложения человеко-машинного интерфейса системы SCADA. Процесс реализации этого этапа, описанный в разрабатываемой главе 6-2 стандарта МЭК 61850, позволяет связать графическую конфигурацию человеко-машинного интерфейса с моделью данных подстанции.
Abstract: A digital design project is an essential attribute of modern substation automation system (SAS) based on IEC61850. The main trend in digital design is to combine all information from all stages of design.
One of the most man-hours-consuming stages in the development of SAS project is configuring the humanmachine interface of the SCADA system. The process of implementing this stage described in the developed chapter of the IEC 61850–-2 standard, which allows to link graphical configuration in markup language like SCL with the substation data model. It is stated that chapter 6-2 of IEC 61850-6-2 is still under development.
