Аннотация: Как показала практика, при внедрении систем утилизации тепла нагрева силовых трансформаторов обеспечивается существенная экономия электроэнергии на собственные нужды подстанций.
Abstract: The article describes the development of one of the effective ways of energy saving at 220-750 kV substations, namely, the heat recovery of the power transformers and autotransformers and automation of their cooling sys-tem. It is shown that the potential for reducing energy consumption for own needs substations can be up to 20% of the total flow rate, i.e., 130-150 KWh per year.
The basic requirements for the heat recovery system transformers (HRST) and automatic cooling systems of transformers.
The basic schemes of the HRST and their applications, as well as the experience of their practical application are considered. It is showed that the payback period for the implementation of the HRST does not exceed 6-8 years.
