Аннотация: Рассматриваются перспективы перехода к новым технологиям построения систем управления на энергообъектах на примере первого промышленного внедрения технологии «цифровой подстанции» на Нижегородской ГЭС. Описаны объем проделанных работ по созданию комплекса, выявленные особенности работы оборудования и планы развития. Обсуждена необходимость проведения испытаний инновационных образцов оборудования, доработки технической политики эксплуатирующих организаций и обучения инновационным технологиям.
Abstract: Prospects of transition to new technologies of building management systems at power facilities as example of the fi rst industrial implementation of technology «digital substation» Nizhny Novgorod hydroelectric station considered in the article. The volume of performed works on creation complex described and features of the equipment and development plans revealed. The problematics of carrying out necessary tests innovative models of equipment, fi nalization of technical policy of the operating organizations and learning innovative technologies raised. «Digital Substation» based on the IEC 61850 protocols governing the exchange of information on the «рrocess bus» and «bus station». At present, the architecture of the data bus is the object of research , because there are no standard solutions for their construction, there are only theoretical recommendations of IEC technical report (TR IEC 61850-90-4).
