Аннотация: Мониторинг технического состояния высоковольтного электрооборудования − составная часть технического обслуживания. Основной задачей технического мониторинга высоковольтного электрооборудования является обеспечение его безопасной эксплуатации, функциональной надежности, эффективности работы, сокращение затрат на техническое обслуживание, а также уменьшение потерь от простоев в результате отказов и экстренных выводов в ремонт. Качественная работа системы мониторинга (автоматического диагностирования) напрямую влияет на эффективность системы технического обслуживания и оценки технического состояния капиталоемкого силового оборудования.
Abstract: Monitoring the technical condition of high-voltage electrical equipment is an integral part of the service. The main task of technical monitoring the high-voltage electrical equipment is to ensure its safety operation, dependability, effi ciency, reduction of maintenance costs, and decrease of losses due to downtime in case of failures and emergency repair. The quality work of monitoring system (automatic diagnosis) has a direct impact on effi ciency of maintenance and evaluation the technical condition of capital-intensive power equipment.
Modern devices of automatic diagnostics and forecasting have wide opportunities for continuous monitoring of technical condition as for individual structural components and for high-voltage equipment as a whole, providing the most important information needed for a decision on load capacities and operational resources.
Local identifi cation of equipment defects at an early stage, forecasting the technical condition of the equipment separate elements due to the change of its parameters and characteristics in real-time takes its operation to a new level and creates conditions for the reduction of operational and accidental risks, and enhancing the grid reliability.
Depending on the strategic objectives of high voltage equipment maintenance, risk analysis and the effectiveness of its services, the use of automatic diagnostic tools can be performed by separate devices that provide control of specifi c standardized parameters or by complete continuous monitoring systems. An integrated monitoring system should provide high quality and reliable functions for the collection, processing, accumulation, storage, modeling and transfer of information about technical condition of monitored equipment.
