Аннотация: В работе предложен и испытан тепло-балансный метод прогноза возникновения гололедно-изморозевых отложений на проводах. Показано, что на измерениях изменения веса проводов зимой 2016 г. в пролетах воздушных линий электропередач в районе г. Камышин, метод позволил получить удовлетворительные результаты прогнозов. Кроме того, в работе продемонстрировано, что с помощью предложенного метода возможно прогнозировать интенсивность и продолжительность гололедно-изморозевых отложений во всем регионе. Результаты подтверждаются наблюдениями на метеорологических станциях региона.
Abstract: A heat-balanced method for predicting the occurrence of ice-frost deposits on wires was proposed and tested. It is shown that on measurements of the weight change of wires in winter 2016 in the spans of overhead power lines in the Kamyshin region, the method allowed to obtain satisfactory forecast results. In addition, it was demonstrated that with the help of the proposed method it is possible to predict the intensity and duration of icy-frost deposits in the entire region. The results are confirmed by observations at meteorological stations in the region. It is supposed to test the method on more mass material in different winter periods and for different geographic regions.
