Abstract: Problems of creation of “Smart” energy systems (Smart Grid) and supporting its operation capability and possibility of self-healing in conditions of information confrontation are considered. The new approach to creation of ontology of cybersecurity for self-healing Smart Grid systems which can to provide its operation stability in conditions of negative information impact is assumed.Conceptual bases of maintenance of self-restoration of perspective power systems in the conditions of growth of threats of information safety. A new ontology of cyber security of self-regenerating Grid power grids has been developed. Formed basic concepts that determine the self-recovery of smart power systems. The contents of elementary, complex and disturbed processes of functioning of the power system are determined. The characteristic features of single, group and mass perturbations are determined. A model of self-recovery of perspective energy systems with the use of the formal apparatus of the Kalman’s theory of dynamical systems is proposed.
With the purpose of forming an energy system of immunity to disturbances the ideology of functioning of the Smart Grid energy systems with memory is introduced. The general presentation of the immune system ensuring the stability of the functioning of the Smart Grid energy systems in the context of growing threats to information security is considered.
The ontology of cyber-security of self-healing Smart Grid is introduced, which allows describing the organization of self-healing of perspective energy systems in conditions of information confrontation on the basis of immunity to disturbances by analogy with the immune system for protecting a living organism.
