Аннотация: Представлена разработка интеллектуального агента (ИА) для формирования оперативной справки об аварии в энергосистеме (ОСА). Эта справка должна быть предварительным текстовым документом, используемым специалистами при полном анализе аварии. Использование ОСА должно существенно облегчить и ускорить анализ аварии.
Для формирования ОСА должна быть использована информация, содержащаяся в ОИК АСДУ энергосистемами (архивы режимных параметров, архивы положений коммутационных аппаратов, архивы первичной обработки). За основу в ОСА взята последовательность реперных событий — срабатываний устройств релейной защиты и противоаварийной автоматики. Приводится структура записи справки: описание события, предварительная диагностика, последствия события.
Abstract: The development of an intelligent agent (IA) for the formation of an operational certifi cate of an accident in the power system (OCA) is presented. This certifi cate should be a preliminary text document used by specialists in the full analysis of the accident. The use of OCA should signifi cantly facilitate and accelerate the analysis of the accident. The use of OCA should signifi cantly facilitate and accelerate the analysis of the accident. To form the OCA, the information contained in the OIC ASDU by power systems (archives of the regime parameters, the archives of the switchgear positions, the archives of the primary processing) should be used. As a basis in OCA is taken the sequence of reference events – the operation of relay protection devices and emergency automatics. The structure of the help record is described: description of the event, preliminary diagnosis, consequences of the event. The implementation of an intelligent agent is assumed based on the technology of expert systems and the formalism of program-reasoning using heuristic logic.
